Green Moon Publishing, listed with ASCAP since 2005, is owned and operated by recording artist Pete Marinovich. In the interest of complete transparency, this website provides direct access to the digital sales records of cover works (songs not authored or copyrighted by the performing artist) recorded by Pete Marinovich.

These songs are distributed online by Apple iTunes, eMusic, Rhapsody, Napster, Amazon and other companies primarily through affiliation with The Orchard and CD Baby which acts as de facto online "label" and supplies the majority of data contained on this site. Digital phonorecord delivery licenses (DPD) were filed for every piece. Digital sales reports and/or royalty checks are sent out routinely by Pete Marinovich to the publisher addresses listed on this site. However, several songs are relatively inactive and generate infrequent (annual) statements. Unless otherwise requested in writing, checks will be withheld until a minimum balance of $10 USD has accrued.
